For the past four years, LORI KEEL has been the Executive Director for the Baltimore City Office of Child Support Services run by Veritas HHS. Prior to that Lori worked for the State of Maryland for over thirty years. Lori was the Director for the Baltimore County Office of Child Support Services. During this time Lori has assisted in developing, monitoring, and training all staff on the Dashboard that is used statewide with the Maryland Child Support System. Lori has also assisted in developing the Family Employment and Support Program which has received national recognition and national awards for assisting non-custodial parents in obtaining employment, and dismantling barriers they may experience in obtaining a job. She has also been actively involved with establishing Fatherhood Programs at the State and Federal level, which have resulted in the collection of child support on cases that were uncollectable. Through Lori’s leadership, dedication, and accomplishments, she has received the prestigious National Award, “The Office of Child Support Enforcement Commissioner’s Award for Exemplary Customer Service”. Lori has assisting in the development of the Mentoring Program, Leadership Development Initiative and the Executive Leadership Program for Department of Human Services in the State of Maryland. Lori is also currently assisting on the development of a new statewide computer system with the Maryland Think Team.
