LISA GABRIEL is the Chief Court Employment Coordinator for the Family Employment and Support Program (FESP) – Circuit Court for Baltimore County. FESP is a court-supervised program that provides employment assistance and supportive services to non-custodial parents with active child support cases in Baltimore County.
Lisa has over 20 years of workforce development and case management experience. Prior to joining the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, she was the Career Development Facilitator for the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development in Baltimore City. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in human resources management from Baruch College, City University of New York, and is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator/Offender Workforce Development Specialist.
Lisa is focused on implementing employment and life skill strategies that generate measurable improvement for FESP participants and achieve long-term program goals.
