KEVIN P. GUISTWITE is the Executive Director for the Maryland Department of Human Services, Child Support Administration. As the Title IV-D Director for Maryland, Kevin has 20 years of child support experience and a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with local, state, and national child support program partners. Previously, Kevin was Director for the Division of Program Development and Evaluation with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Bureau of Child Support Enforcement. Kevin has a BA in Psychology and an MS in Communication Studies from Shippensburg University.
