ELIZABETH A. LEE is an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Maryland, serving as the Lead Attorney for the Howard County Department of Social Services, Child Support Unit. She has over 30 years of family law experience, 29 of those years have been with the Child Support Administration. Prior to coming to Howard County, she was an Assistant Attorney General for the Anne Arundel Office of Child Support. In May of 2022, Elizabeth presented “Postmortem Establishment of Paternity” at the Annual Child Support Attorneys’ Conference. She is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School and Law, and Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Elizabeth is a native of Louisiana, where she learned at a young age how to make a good pot of grits, red beans and rice, and seafood gumbo. In addition to sharing ideas on how to handle child support cases, she is more than willing to share recipes too.
